This bag is a great buy and is just like the old Army tool bag. The bag is steardy enough for the heavest tools or anything else one would like to carry in it.

These are cotton canvas tool bags. The material is okay. However, it is not as puncture, abrasion or mildew resistant as the current Genuine G.I. Mechanics Toolbag made from cordura nylon.

So for a few dollars more, you would do better investing in a higher quality, longer lasting tool bag.

The U.S. military has discontinued the woodland camouflage pattern shown in the picture.

The U.S. Marines now uses the digital pixelated camouflage pattern (MARPAT) in either woodland camoflage or desert camoflage, depending on the terrain. Look them up to see what they look like.
